Debt Awareness Week is coming up; it's the 10th anniversary of the event. Stepchange, the debt charity, works hard to educate and help people on all aspects of debt. I am doing my part with a series of articles in the coming week to help people understand the help and support out there and the essential aspects of debt.

To support the 10th anniversary of Debt Awareness Week, I will be writing several articles on debt this week to get support and understand important aspects of debt.

Step Change, the Debt Charity, is championing this week and does amazing work to support and educate people in debt all over the UK. You can learn more on their website here.

With COVID and the cost-of-living crisis, many have found themselves in debt, some for the first time. It's important that everyone knows where to go for support. Equally important is that nobody feels stigmatised by admitting they need help.
